Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available in inventory.
Full payment is collected at checkout to secure your order and ensure accurate processing once the product becomes available.
Pre-orders may be canceled any time prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled; however, you may request a return in accordance with our Return and refund policy. Please refer to our Return and refund policy for full details regarding refunds and eligibility.
