Based on the popular 3709 JTK-17, this tool pallet set consists of a top and bottom pallet with elastic pockets that form and grab each tool for a secure, custom fit.

- Elastic pockets form and grab each tool for a secure fit
- Metal turnbuckle hole mates with a turnbuckle strap (not included)
- Keeps tools from migrating out of pockets
- Fits cases with internal dimensions of 18 x 15" or 17.75 x 14.50"
