My order take more than 5 days to be shipped. Not even the label for my package was created. I was waiting for 3 weeks to receive it. I left the place and my package had a delay at delivery day. I left the place that I was and I didn’t receive my product. I have 100% sure that if you guys shipped 1 or 2 days after my payment the package will be delivered in time. Now I don’t have my product. And I will trough away my tool box. Probably I will never buy Chicago case anymore.

We’re sorry for the frustration with your order and understand how disappointing it was to not receive the wheel kit before you had to leave. Your order experienced an unexpected fulfillment delay due to limited availability of this particular replacement part, which caused it to take longer than we originally anticipated to ship. We apologize that this was not communicated more clearly during the process.

Once the package was in transit, there were also changes to the expected UPS delivery timing, which unfortunately further impacted when you were able to receive it. We understand that you were relying on the part within a specific timeframe and are sorry we weren’t able to get it to you in time.
